· Never use the speed controller in

in heavy traffic, if you do not have enough distance,
on steep, curvy or slippery sections (eg in the event
of snow, ice, rain or loose gravel), or on flooded roads.
Speed governor (GRA)
· Never use the speed controller off-road or on
roads that are not firm ground.
Introduction to the topic
· Always adapt the speed and the safety distance
with respect to the preceding vehicle depending
on the visibility, weather, road and traffic
conditions.
The cruise control (GRA) helps to maintain a
constant speed set by you.
· After use, always switch off the speed controller
to avoid unintentional speed regulation.
Speed range Cruise
control is available when driving forward at a speed
greater than approx. 20 km/h (15 mph).
· It is dangerous to use a previously saved speed
when it is excessive for the current road, traffic
or weather conditions.
Driving with cruise control The stored
speed can be exceeded at any time, e.g. eg to
overtake. Control is interrupted during acceleration and
is resumed at the stored speed.
· On downhill journeys, the cruise control cannot
maintain constant speed. This can increase
due to the weight of the vehicle. If so, brake
the vehicle by depressing the brake pedal.
indications on the screen
When the cruise control is connected, the display of the
instrument cluster shows the saved speed and the system
status: The cruise control is active.

at the beginning of this chapter,
Large or white: the cruise control is regulating.
If there is no speed stored, appears on the instrument
cluster display instead of the speed.
Shift gears
As soon as the clutch pedal is depressed, the
regulation is interrupted and resumed once the gear has
been changed.
Going down hills
When driving downhill, the stored speed may be
exceeded due to the slope.
Brake the vehicle by pressing the brake pedal and, if
necessary, downshift.

WARNING
To connect
If it is not possible to drive with a sufficient safe distance
and at a constant speed, the use of the cruise control
may cause accidents and serious injuries may occur.
— Press the key
.
There is no speed saved and regulation has not taken
place yet.

Speed limiter
The vehicle adapts the current speed by accelerating or
deaccelerating. The vehicle does not brake actively.
Introduction to the topic
stop regulation
The speed limiter helps not to exceed a speed saved
by you.
— Briefly press the key
or Or instead of
this, press the brake pedal.
The speed remains saved.

speed limiter is available on forward drives from approx.
30 km/h (20 mph).

resistance. As soon as the stored speed is exceeded,
the green control indicator flashes and an acoustic
warning signal may sound. The speed remains saved.
— Hold down the button The cruise
control is switched off and the saved speed is deleted.

The regulation is activated again automatically as soon
as you drive at a speed lower than the saved one.
— Select speed limiter on screen
