Removing and installing air filter hous‐
ing
Removing:
Proceed as follows:
– Pull cover off air duct (release clips on sides) -arrows-.
– Release clips -arrows- air duct at the bottom and remove duct.
– Detach air duct at bottom together with air hose.
Engine code CBFA:
– Pull hose to secondary air pump motor - V101- from air filter
housing.
All:
– Pull off connector -1- from air mass meter - G70- .
– Remove hose clips -2- and -3- and remove connecting pipe.
– Remove bolt -4- and pull air filter housing upwards out of
mounting.
Installing:
Install in reverse order of removal.
