– For calibration of the main beam, »VW Seg« must be selec‐
ted on the headlight adjustment unit -VAS 621 001-.
– Transfer measured values for both headlights in angular mi‐
nutes (note algebraic signs) to vehicle diagnostic tester.
This concludes the adjustment process.

The vehicle must be rolled forward and backward several
metres or front and rear springs must be bounced fully sev‐
eral times so that springs settle.

to the fuel level in the fuel tank.

– Check whether the upper light-dark border touches the set‐
ting line and runs horizontally over the entire width of the test
screen.
