– Slacken lines -1-, slacken bolts -2-, separate connector -3- and  
remove secondary air pump motor - V101- .  
Installing:  
Install in reverse order of removal.

Removing and installing secondary air  
inlet valve - N112-  
Removing:  
– Remove air filter β‡’ page 467 .  
– Remove battery and battery tray.  
– Pull connector -A- and hose -B- from secondary air inlet valve  
- N112- .  
4. Secondary air system - engine code CBFA

4-cyl. injection engine (1.8 and 2.0 l engine, chain drive) - Edition 08.2018  
– Loosen coolant pipe by unscrewing bolts -arrows-.  
– Unscrew bolts -arrows- and remove secondary air inlet valve  
- N112- .  
Installing:  
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing,  
note the following:  
– Renew seals.
